Every GHOSTD projector is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, plus a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day it arrives.
30-Day Guarantee
Not happy for any reason in the first 30 days? Send them back for a full refund. Install is fully reversible — your factory light clips straight back in.
1-Year Warranty
Manufacturing defects — dim projection, flicker, dead unit, cracked lens on arrival — replaced free for 12 months from delivery. Wear from accidental damage isn't covered.
How to claim

We'll reply within 12 hours (AEST). Most claims are approved on the first email.

We ship a replacement free within Australia. No need to return the faulty unit in most cases.
